Who we are

Teagles Consulting ("we") runs teagles.io, the proposal, invoice and project pages we send you links to, and Teagles Admin, the software we run our business on. Using any of them means you agree to these terms.

Our work together

The work itself is covered by the proposal or agreement you accepted. Where it and these terms say different things, the proposal or agreement wins. A price on this site, or one from the estimator, is an estimate until it's in a proposal you accept.

Proposal and invoice links

The links we send you are private: anyone who has one can open the page, so please don't post them publicly. If one reaches you by mistake, let us know. Accepting a proposal on its page is how you tell us you agree to it.

Paying online

Online payments go through Stripe, and Stripe's terms apply to them as well as these. We never see or store your card or bank details. A bank payment takes a few business days to clear and shows as processing until it does.

Teagles Admin and QuickBooks

Teagles Admin connects to our own QuickBooks Online company to keep our books, such as recording invoices and payments. Only our team signs in to it. It isn't offered to other QuickBooks users, and no one else connects their QuickBooks company to it. If that ever changes, these terms will say so first.

Using the site

Please don't try to break into the site, overload it, or use its forms to send spam. The site's words, photos and designs are ours or used with permission.

No guarantees for the website

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided as is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using the website. What we owe you for work we do for you is set out in your proposal or agreement.

Michigan law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
